Free Standard Shipping 

-Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50 before tax. 

-Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Standard Shipping | Only $5!

-We use the Netherlands Postal Service (NLE) Priority Mail service for our standard shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives withing 1-3 business days from the shipped date, excluding weekends and holidays.

-Occasionally, we will use NLE Ground shipping in lieu of NLE Priority shipping. If we choose to make this substitution in shipping services, you will not be charged any extra. 

-Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

-Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be received the following business day.

-Orders over $250 in value will require a signature for delivery. This helps us ensure the order was delivered correctly.

- Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

- Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Expedited Shipping

If you need you order fast, please contact service@crooshop.com immediately after your order is placed for rates on expedited shipping charges. 

crooshop is NOT responsible for:

-Delays with NLE shipping

-Orders that are marked delivered by the NLE. If your order is marked delivered and you did not receive, you will need to contact NLE regarding information of your package. crooshop is not responsible for orders that NLE delivers wrong or are stolen from your address. Please contact NLE regarding this issue. If you receive an order that was damaged in the mail, please also contact the shipping provider to file a claim. 

-If you encounter a problem with you tracking number or package delivery, please contact NLE prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to update. 

-Wrong address. It is up to the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. If you do find you entered a wrong address, please contact service@crooshop.com immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct this before your order is shipped.
